We have carefully planned out each day to give you the best possible experience.
At the appointed time, we will leave downtown São Paulo and head to northwestern Brazil, more specifically to the city of Aparecida. Located in the Paraíba Valley, the sanctuary receives thousands of pilgrims from around the world every year. The reason? We will reveal it during the tour…
On the way to the city’s famous basilica, we will make our first stop in Porto Itaguaçú, where three fishermen found the image of Our Lady of Aparecida in the 18th century. There, we will be able to admire the small chapel dedicated to the Virgin, located on the banks of the Paraíba do Sul River.
Next, we will go to the historic center of the city to visit the Old Basilica of Aparecida, where you will have 40 minutes to explore the area on your own and do some shopping. From there, we will cross the Passarela da Fé, a 35-meter-high bridge that connects this temple to the National Shrine. You will feel a special energy!
