She is also a qualified Executive Secretary with a bachelor’s degree from a prestigious Brazilian university and is also a professional Translator, Interpreter, and Administrator. Ercília earned a Master’s degree in Work Sociology, Fashion, and Tourism from Università di Roma Tre and Sapienza, as well as a second Master’s in Gastronomic and Experience Tourism, with specializations in Wine and Event Management. She is also a certified tour guide in Italy, Malta, and Brazil. Passionate about travel and people, Ercilia combines expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail to deliver unique and memorable experiences. Her purpose is simple yet powerful: to make it happen and ensure excellence in every journey.

Carlo Gatto was born and raised in Rome, Italy, and is a designer specializing in Web Design, with a strong focus on UX/UI Design and Frontend Development. His professional portfolio includes collaborations with renowned brands across various industries, such as fashion, tourism and Italian public administration. With additional expertise in Web Marketing and Tourism, Carlo frequently travels to Brazil, which allows him to deeply connect with its culture and adapt projects to resonate with diverse audiences. His multicultural perspective and international background significantly enhance the creation of unique and tailored travel experiences.
