Tour in Brazil has its own ethics and conduct channel, so that you can report conduct that is not in accordance with the Code of Ethical Conduct.

Through our ombudsman service, we serve clients and organizations from various segments, contributing to transparency and the maintenance of clients’ ethical principles.

The Ethics Channel is a secure and anonymous tool used by company employees and clients to report occurrences of potentially harmful facts to their companies.

You must send an email to info@tourinbrazil.com with the subject line “Ethical Conduct”, and we will conduct an initial analysis and forward the reports to the Ethics Committee, which is responsible for the investigation. This Committee will conduct the necessary investigations and take appropriate measures, when necessary.

No employee will be identified; they can always respond by email to follow up on the progress of the reported matter.
