Itinerary

We have carefully planned out each day to give you the best possible experience.

Arrival in Rio de Janeiro. Reception at the airport. Transfer to the hotel. Check-in and the rest of the day free.
Breakfast and departure for the Rio de Janeiro City Tour. Visit to the Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain (with included tickets) and a walk through the center of Rio to visit Maracanã, Rio Cathedral, Sambadrome, Lapa Arches, and more. The Corcovado and the Christ the Redeemer. Sugarloaf Mountain and the Panoramic City Tour. This tour begins with a tour of the city center of Rio de Janeiro, highlighting the Sambadrome, where the world’s most famous carnival parades take place, the Metropolitan Cathedral in the form of a pyramid with an internal diameter of 96 meters and a height of 80 meters, and the traditional Cinelandia with the Municipal Theater, the National Library, and the Assembly building. After touring the center, the tour continues through the Flamengo neighborhood towards Urca, where you’ll find the other symbol of Rio de Janeiro: Sugarloaf Mountain, which means “high, pointed, and isolated mountain” in the Guarani language. It was at the foot of this hill that the city of Rio de Janeiro was founded by Estácio de Sá in 1565. The visit to Sugarloaf Mountain is done in two stages by a cable car, the famous “Bondinho,” suspended by steel cables. The first stage connects Vermelha Beach to Morro de Urca, located at 215 meters in height, offering a view of Guanabara Bay and its islands, Flamengo Beach, Corcovado Hill, and the bridge that connects Rio to Niteroi. From Morro de Urca, the second part of the ascent to Sugarloaf Mountain at 395 meters in height begins, where you can enjoy a unique view of Copacabana Beach, Santa Cruz Fortress, and some beaches in Niteroi. After spending time on the Sugarloaf balconies, you will descend using the same cable car. Your transportation will be waiting for you at the foot of the hill to take you back to the hotel. End of the tour.
Free for optional activities or to enjoy the beaches of Ipanema and Copacabana.

Breakfast, check out, and transfer to the airport. End of the program.
